We do several things but first and foremost, we buy, sell and develop land.

We are land specialists that list and sell land as real estate agents. We believe we know land related real estate investments very well and we understand the fundamentals and underwriting requirements needed to close land transactions. Once a contract for purchase is executed there are many pitfalls in getting the transaction closed. Our specialty is to navigate the buyer and seller through issues such as environmental, zoning, land use requirements, appraisals, geotech reports etc etc. We believe our transactional history and understanding of land is invaluable to our clients throughout the closing process.

The second thing we do is put together investment partnerships in land investments. We fundamentally believe that land investing is one of the greatest investment return vehicles in today's marketplace. We provide an ownership structure that allows investors to invest as low as $50,000 on a limited liability basis and receive the same upside return percentage as though they owned the entire project.
